CANCELLATION POLICY
• A deposit is required to book any service. • A 10-minute grace period is given for all appointments. Arriving after 10 minutes will result in cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit. • Deposits are non-refundable. • A cancellation or no-show fee of 25% of the appointment total will be charged. • For any cancellations or changes, please notify me at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
